New sliding and fixed hydraulic bumping posts to many North American Transits and People Movers, including a Test Track unit capable of stopping a 374 ton /340000 Kgs Subway Train at 25 MPH/40 KPH.

These units are becoming mandatory in all Transits as they are the last line of defence against human and mechanical errors, especially in today’s litigious society. They stop RUNAWAY trains.

Skip Winder Arrestor Rawie brake shoes have been installed in a Canadian potash mine, despite the corrosive Phosphate atmosphere, with many more orders for delivery in 2012, all for potash mines.

Injected Icosit KC340, a load bearing, self levelling grout with sound and vibration attenuation characteristics will be used on Calgary Transit’s three extensions in 2011 and 2012. It will be under all tie plates on the base slab. First installed 30 years ago and there are no signs of deterioration.  Currently being used a pourable grout in Calgary and Memphis.

BIRESIN U1305 by Sika is the ballistically tested adhesive for spall liners within Light Armoured Fighting Vehicles made in Canada and the USA, the system has been proven to have saved many lives. See Adhesives on this web site.

Special Trackwork for Transits:
“T” Rail switches, crossovers and scissors crossovers for Calgary Transit and a huge, very complicated layout for Edmonton being installed in 2012.

Rails:
600 tons of relay rail supplied for guard rails to Calgary Transit. NEW and RELAY "T" / Vignole Rails, grooved / Girder Guard Rails, Construction Rails for special trackwork including 33C1/U69 Guard Rail. Crane rails both USA and European "A" series.

Other Products:
Pultruded Coverboard, for shielding Power/Live rails with or without mounting brackets, currently being tested by the TTC Toronto.

Composite engineered (HDPE Plastic) Axion ties/sleepers, supplied to Calgary Transit for use under road crossings. CXT concrete ties being supplied to Calgary Transit for use in all special trackwork in ballast.

Compromise Joint Bars for all combinations of "T" and girder guard rail. IRJs by Allegheny Rail Products, New and Relay Joint Bars, and Tie Plates, including Hook Twin types.

Accessories:
Screw and dog spikes. Clips. DFF systems, Track Bolts, and phosphate coated fasteners. Abtus rail measuring devices.

STEEL FORGINGS, open die discs, bars and rolled rings are being supplied on a regular basis to our Canadian customers.
